As many of you are aware, Wisconsin has recently rescinded the Safer at Home orders issued in mid-March, which required most businesses to close or limit regular operations. These orders were originally expected to be modified beginning the week after the Memorial Day holiday, and this sudden change has caught many of us unprepared to reopen while keeping the safety of our guests and staff foremost in our minds. We are in the process of implementing procedural and physical changes to our restaurants, but we are not fully comfortable to the point where we can welcome back our people to an inside dining experience.
For the next week or two, we will continue our very successful takeout and free delivery options, and will now offer a limited contact dining and bar service experience on our outdoor patios. Our ultimate goal is to be ready for dine in service by the second week of June, keeping in mind a continued positive trend toward reduced chances of exposure. We hope you understand our situation and trust that you believe that it’s in the best interest of us all to gradually and safely reopen. View a short video on what to expect on your visit.
